Shipping and delivery

Dry Herb Vaporizer currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery choices and charges available for your order are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and dispatch

Orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on UK public holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day. These are targets rather than guarantees, particularly during busy periods.

Estimated delivery

Standard UK delivery usually arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch. Faster services may be offered at checkout. Remote locations and exceptional carrier disruption can take longer.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within the timeframe required by applicable UK consumer law.

Tracking and discreet packaging

Where tracking is available, details are sent to the email address used for the order. Every parcel is packed securely in plain outer packaging, without product descriptions or attention-grabbing branding.

Address checks and restrictions

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing the order. We cannot currently deliver to PO Boxes or parcel-forwarding addresses. If an address appears incomplete or unsuitable, we may contact you before dispatch.

Delays, loss or damage

If tracking has not updated, a parcel is overdue or the package arrives damaged, use our contact form with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the available next steps. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
