Terms of service

Terms of service

These terms apply when you visit or place an order through dry-herb-vaporizer.co.uk. The store is operated by sole proprietor Chaten Patel, trading as Dry Herb Vaporizer. Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Age and lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase age-restricted products. Products must be used only with compatible lawful materials and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable law.

Products and information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary between screens, and manufacturers may update packaging or minor specifications. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is accepted.

Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the products in your basket. The automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not itself mean that we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been dispatched, unless we have already expressly accepted it.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information contains an obvious error, payment cannot be authorised, delivery restrictions apply or we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity. If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed using the methods offered at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Delivery

Delivery destinations, dispatch targets and estimated times are described in our Shipping Policy. Dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. Your statutory rights concerning late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Details of change-of-mind cancellations, returns and remedies for faulty goods are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms restricts rights provided by UK consumer law.

Website use and intellectual property

Store content, branding, graphics and original text may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or use it for unlawful activity.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify and payment providers process information required to operate the store and complete transactions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The version published when you place an order will normally apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings available where you live.
